Overview
One of our top tier international clients are looking for a Senior Associate in Property Litigation to join their thriving Manchester team. Ideally, this Senior Associate will be somewhere between 3 - 10 years PQE and have an enthusiasm for working with clients across a range of sectors from marine; retail; education; banking and finance and manufacturing. This Senior Associate will be working within an expert tier 1 team in Manchester. Many of whom are named and well regarded by the Legal 500 amongst other well-known legal endorsements. Your caseload as a Senior Associate will be varied and include a range of matters from contentious landlord and tenant matters; contractual disputes; boundary disputes. As well as this, your role will involve non-contentious advisory based work; you will be a trusted advisor to clients from large PLCs, SMEs and individuals.
