Overview

3rd line support (MS Server, Win 10, Cloud, O365, Networking) £35-38k - permanent plus benefits. This role is primarily office based in Billericay but may also require visiting customers offsite mainly in Essex, Kent and the UK. Skills: Excellent Microsoft Server Operating System knowledge (2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019) Excellent Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems knowledge (7, 8 and 10) Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, Amazon AWS) Experience of Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V and VMware) VoIP Telephony solutions (3CX ideally) Experience of Microsoft Office 365 core products & migrations - Backup technologies (Veeam ideally) Experience of Firewalls and general Networking (FortiGate ideally) Experience of Remote Monitoring and Management Systems (RMM) Excellent command for written and spoken English proactive, preventative approach. Proven track record in excellent customer service Drivers license with own vehicle The Role Provide onsite and remote 3rd line support Assist with, and manage projects including migrations Apply a high-level understanding to the company core products Gain a high-level understanding of the customer base and their specific requirements Accurately record necessary information into the Service Desk system Strive to go above and beyond SLA s
