Overview

Do you have a Genuine passion for managing domain and Office 365 migrations? Have you got good 3rd Line Support experience with excellent knowledge of Networking and Servers? If so my client, a renowned Managed Security Service Provider are looking for you. The Successful 3rd Line Support Analyst will be based in the Client's office in Billericay, but you may be required to visit customers offsite mainly in Essex and Kent, but potentially across the UK so a driving licence is needed. You must have demonstrable experience in the following areas. - Excellent Microsoft Server Operating System knowledge (2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019) - Excellent Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems knowledge (7, 8 and 10) - Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, Amazon AWS) - Experience of Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V and VMware) - VoIP Telephony solutions experience (3CX ideally) - Experience of Microsoft Office 365 core products & migration - Experience of Backup technologies (Veeam ideally) - Experience of Firewalls and general Networking (FortiGate ideally) - Experience of Remote Monitoring and Management Systems (RMM) - Excellent command for written and spoken English - Proven track record incustomer service - High level of attention to detail Your day to day duties will entail. - Working on the Service Desk as part of a team and independently - Assisting with the management of projects including domain / office 365 migrations - Consulting with customers on projects - Providing responsive onsite & remote support to a 3rd line level - Developing a high-level understanding of our core products - Gaining a high-level understanding of our customers and their specific requirements - Accurately record necessary information into the client's Service Desk system - Delivering above and beyond on SLA's 3rd Line Support Analysts will have a great opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company with a lot of exciting projects on the horizon.
