Trust and Estates / Private Client Solicitor Portsmouth £25,000 - £40,000 (DOE) Are you a Solicitor with experience within Trust and Estates / Private Client legal practice? If so, our client can't wait to hear about you About our client With offices near Portsmouth, our client is at the heart of the community offering expertise on a wide range of legal services in a friendly and approachable manner. Although located in the Portsmouth area, they act for clients across the country, particularly along the South coast. About the role There is now an opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join this stable law firm, with the successful Solicitor being exposed to a range of areas of law to include drafting wills, preparing estate accounts, drafting and administering lifetime trusts, handling probate issues and general queries.The firm like to trust their solicitors with an element of autonomy so being able to run your own files is essential, as well as being able to maintain excellent client relationships. You will already be practising as a trusts & estates solicitor and you will ideally have a minimum of two year's post qualification experience, although I'd love to hear from any candidate who has worked as a private client solicitor. Requirements Tax, Trust and Estate Solicitor with 1-6 years PQE Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships Must be organised and able to communicate well at all levels Can demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills Must strive to provide highest levels of service to clients Ambitious and organised with a positive and enthusiastic attitude The firm offer competitive salaries and employee benefits alongside a positive, friendly working environment.
