Responsibilities Online Benefits Senior Consultant We’re hiring Aon are currently recruiting an Online Benefits Senior Consultant to join our team in an agile, homebased role. The Online Beneifts Senior Consultant will be primarily responsible for managing client relationships and support new business opportunities through to successful implementation. About the Role Your impact as an Online Benefits Senior Consultant: Manage the overall client relationship and take responsibility for the delivery of the online benefit programme working with system delivery, service delivery and project management for the large and complex clients in the Online Benefits client portfolio Meet client and personal client revenue target to contribute to the overall business target Operate effectively with clients and prospects Work with specialists in DC, Risk, Healthcare and Communications in the delivery of the component parts of the online benefit programme. Generate opportunities for expanded service from our existing client bank both in Online Benefits and DC, Risk, Healthcare and Communications Support and generate new business opportunities through to successful implementation Follow agreed Online processes including Statement of Work, North Star, Blueprint and Platform Design Specification Support Delivering Aon United Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
