Overview
Our mission, together with the global people team will be to attract, recruit, on-board, develop, reward, and motivate the employees. What you’ll do: ? Ensure that candidates receive an awesome new hire onboarding experience - set up desks, hardwares, conduct tour of the office, inductions etc ? Support talent acquisition with resourcing support and coordinating the offer and new starter process. ? Support the people specialist in the maintenance of the HRIS ensuring accuracy and data integrity. ? Support the people specialist in the administration of employee benefits. ? Keep on top of general office supplies to ensure team members have the resources they need, when they need them. ? Manage office catering and weekly groceries. ? Facilitate Employee Engagement and Social Activities ie. office celebrations, Happy Hours, Game Night, Summer Party, etc ? Facilitate team building events, employee wellness programs and external speaker events i.e. Women’s Month, Black History Month, Pride Month etc ? Be the point of contact for the IT provider and troubleshoot with IT provider/escalate as required. ? Coordination and admin support for a busy executive team includes: diary management, guest greeting and some international travel booking. ? Maintain requirements for building life and safety compliance i.e. Fire Marshall, first aiders etc ? Maintain and coordinate required business insurances and facilities contracts ? Assist with being a road manager when it comes to administrative questions from employees relating to the employee journey and experience at ? Partner with the People Specialist on compliance, audits, and other projects. ? Assist with ad-hoc projects from our other key people partners. ? Support both local and global people and business initiatives. ? Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement Key Skills required: ?
