Overview

Kyc Analyst Location : Glasgow contract Duration: 6 Months Role Purpose The role of the Analyst is responsible for conducting a periodic review in line with client policy to fulfil Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You will be expected to deliver against targets for both productivity and quality, managing your own pipeline and taking onboard feedback from approvers who are responsible for quality checking cases. Essential Experience Investment or retail banking KYC experience Experience of using external data sources e.g. Dun & Bradstreet World Check Articulate in both written and verbal communication Understanding of KYC principles and in-depth knowledge of corporate structures Working knowledge of MS office- Excel, Word, Outlook and other applications Working successfully in a target driven operational environment Ability to manage performance and targets in a fast paced, pressured environment Desirable Experience Evidence of having an analytical approach Exposure to KYC for complex legal entities and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Understanding of 4MLD and Global AML process Deliverables Deliver high standards of quality Develop and maintain knowledge of policy and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met Manage caseload throughout the end to end process in a timely manner Monitor own performance to ensure personal targets standards are met Ensure Information Security risks are effectively managed in line with client expectations and work extensively with KPMG internal information risk and ITS teams to apply appropriate standards. Be effective in finding data from a number of sources/systems and accurately transfer Maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk Work flexibly in a high performing team to ensure team goals as well as personal deliverables are achieved Skills Effective communication Attention to detail Computer literate - Microsoft office and Sharepoint Self-Motivated Adaptable Thrives under pressure Problem solving 3rd party relationship management
