Overview
The memcom recruitment team are working with a dynamic, fleet of foot membership organisation creating waves in the business sector. We have a number of opportunities for talented individuals of graduate calibre with a good background in projects or administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. One of the newly created opportunities is that of Project Coordinator to join the Institute’s Policy and Engagement Team. As Project Coordinator, you will work on an exciting, high profile project which has the potential to change the business landscape. This is a responsible role which will offer opportunities to network at high levels. You will organise round tables and organise meetings with business leaders and key stakeholders throughout the UK, working with (and acting as secretariat to) an influential steering group. But this is just one particular project. The rest of your time will be spent across the Policy and Engagement team, working with the Head of Policy and Engagement to provide effective administrative support. Interested? The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, with impeccable administrative and time management skills, as well as the ability to design and monitor project progress. You will also have excellent written and communication skills and experience of working with influential groups or key stakeholders. The ability to take minutes, keep action points and put together agendas is a must, but can be learned on the job.
