Customer Coordinator Location: West Thurrock Salary: £21,000 pa Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Permanent/Full Time Sector: Storage facility Job Reference: KB906710 Overall Role A successful storage facilities company based in West Thurrock is currently seeking a Customer Coordinator to run the self-storage process. This will be a full-time role, Mon to Fri. Key Accountabilities Dealing with clients face to face and over the phone to arrange, book and discuss self-storage options/quotes Set new clients up on the in-house system and keep database up to date Call leads/email inquiries and qualify prospective client's needs Set up new contracts and generate invoices Show clients around the storage spaces Deal with collections and close down of storage Maintain the storage areas - Sweeping/cleaning ready for next client Person Specification Excellent communication and customer service Strong IT skills and previous administration experience Must be a driver due to location Due to the high response received for some vacancies we regret that we are sometimes unable to reply to all applicants.
