The Role: Register potential customers Arrange and attend viewings Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors Close deals Canvass for new business opportunities Achieve pre-agreed targets Skills / Experience: Minimum 2 years proven background in estate agency. Extensive sales and rapport building skills Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach Full and clean UK driving license In return our client is offering a competitive salary package, excellent commission structure, expenses, free parking outstanding training and the chance to work for a company who can offer you a rewarding and progressive career.
