The main goal of this role is to grow a strong and successful customer maintenance base in this designated Region; specifically targeting potential new contractors, end user and single large site customers with maintenance contract solutions. As a Regional Service Sales Manager, you will: + Grow a strong and successful customer maintenance base in the designated Region; specifically targeting potential new contractors, end user and single large site customers with maintenance contract solutions. + Be a specialist within the HVAC / temperature control industry + Demonstrate the ability to build credible relationships, demonstrating a strong technical understanding + Be an advocate of the Carrier brand + Uncover leads and targeting potential / repeat customers + Establish and complete the sales process from start to finish, in a consultative manner + Prepare quotations + Liaise and work closely with the technical / operations team to prepare necessary documentation To be successful in this role you will: Ideally possess an understanding of HVAC / temperature control solutions and be a talented New Business Sales professional who has the credibility to act as a Brand Ambassador. However, we would also consider applications from individuals who have sold technical install / service and maintenance solutions from within another industry, as well as HVAC / Refrigeration Engineers who are keen to step into sales.
