A leading Educational Technology Organisation are on the lookout for a talented Symfony Developer to join their ever-growing software team, based in their Central London offices. Title: Symfony Developer Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 The Company: My client are a leading software company, specialising in the education technology industry in particular. They have an innovative software platform, which is used by children and teenagers internationally in order to help them learn specific skills and subjects. The platform connects hundreds and thousands of children and young adults across the globe, and it offers them interactive learning solutions, which has proven to be extremely beneficial to their development. The specific form of education they specialise in is a £22bn market, and they have served over 2 million users in over 100 different countries. The Symfony Developer Role: They are looking for a Symfony Developer to join their team, and be responsible for migrating their EdTech platform to become fully mobile compatible, as well as work on developing brand new features and applications upon the platform. The PHP Developer will be joining a mid-sized team of passionate software developers and will need a proven track record in building scalable architectural systems. The Symfony Developer will work closely with the CTO to define the technology strategy and goals, in a transformational period for the technical branch of the business. Skills: PHP OOP 7 Symfony Framework MySQL/SQL Elasticsearch API Development Experience JavaScript Vue.JS (nice to have) AWS (nice to have) How to apply: The client are leaders in their sector, and offer flexible working hours, as well as an energetic and fast paced working environment.
