Full Stack Engineer London to £80k Full Stack Engineer / Developer (Symfony PHP React JavaScript Typescript LESS MySQL). Are you an enthusiastic Full Stack Engineer looking for an opportunity to get hands-on technological involvement in a rewarding scale-up environment full of talented and supportive individuals? You could be supporting the development of an award-winning platform that serves hundreds of thousands of user’s daily, getting involved with the product and technology from the ground up and enjoy an action-packed social calendar with everything from karaoke to sports clubs and gaming nights. In this Full Stack Engineer role, you’ll create products using Symfony, PHP, Typescript, React, LESS and MySQL, working with the tight-knit, dynamic Engineering team to develop new functionality and build a better more scalable platform. Essentially you’ll be bridging the gaps between front and back end, working towards optimising output and working to your strengths. You’ll help to build production strength applications and SaaS platforms based on best practices architectures, providing high availability and ensuring applications are running at their best. As a Full Stack Engineer you will partner closely with stakeholders (specifically Product Manager and the Design team) to guide development and translate technological ideas through to completion. This Full Stack Engineer role would suit a keen problem solver, comfortable on the command line and confident with the tools and processes of a fast-moving modern software development environment. Requirements: You have commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer, using Laravel / Symfony PHP on the back end and React on the front end You are familiar with / have used Typescript / LESS / MySQL You understand the complexities of the technology stack and strive to implement improvements with a commitment to high-quality code and great testing You are a confident and self-assured communicator, willing to push back on ideas to champion the best development methods You have a degree (2.1 or above) in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience) As a Full Stack Engineer you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £80k) plus stock options and benefits, including individual training budget, mentoring programme, generous holiday allowance, enhanced parental leave and more.
