Would you like to make a positive contribution to benefit older people? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Health care Assistant to start ASAP Based in Taunton , our client is a forward-thinking Care Home Operator, who is developing a range of elderly care services to ensure that the residents are settled and happy. Successful candidates will: Have a level 2 or level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Have at least one solid year’s experience Have a current and valid enhanced DBS certificate/ be prepared to put a DBS in process through Lynx Employment Services ASAP Have practical experience of caring for older people Have good record keeping skills Have the ability to form positive relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues Be supporting of the care team in the Home to ensure that all of the residents have what they need when they need it.
