Senior Negotiator required for Quality Estate & Lettings Agency in the Taunton area with superb earning potential of over £40,000 pa. Our client, a successful and well respected firm, have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency negotiator to join the team in their Taunton office. This is a very busy office so they are looking for a polished, energetic and dynamic individual. You will already have an excellent track record in property sales and carrying out market appraisals and be comfortable in dealing with a wide range of properties from £70,000 to £2,000,000. You must be of smart appearance and be a real team player always ready to step in when needed as well as proactive and organised. In return our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £20,000 basic with a healthy commission structure on top and OTE IRO £35-42,000.
