The Role At Discovery the people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and we offer person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism across Somerset. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are seeking a challenging, flexible and highly rewarding role to join our network of support workers in Taunton . This is a varied opportunity, and you will be providing support to Adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism in your local communities and at home. You may find yourself supporting someone to go to shopping, meet with friends, swimming or any number of other activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to enable the individuals we support to have as independent and fulfilling lives as possible. You will need to be comfortable with all aspects of personal care and moving and assisting. We firmly believe that our people are our biggest asset, and if you share our values, no previous experience is required as we will invest in you and provide full training. Why join us? £9.00 per hour, £9.90 per hour for waking nights, £30.50 per sleep in. Annual leave entitlement calculated based on your contracted hours.
