Overview
Carers like you change lives As a Support Worker, you will be waking night shifts caring for children living with complex care needs i n Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater and the surrounding areas of Somerset. You'll be providing support and assistance to enable the people in your care to live their life and make the most of each day, within their own home. The requirements of our service users vary and include Epilepsy and Tracheostomy so you'll be supporting them with personal care tasks, assisting them with feeding and PEG care, social activities and any other services required. You'll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients.
