We have a number of Care Assistant vacancies across our services based in York: · Hartrigg Oaks a vibrant retirement village based in New Earswick · New Lodge our brand-new facility also in the heart of New Earswick · Lamel Beeches a registered care home in Heslington We offer a very competitive hourly rate of £9.59 if you are not qualified and a training plan that will see you with an NVQ and an increase in pay to £10.06 an hour. It goes without saying that if you are fully qualified when you join us you will start on the higher rate That’s not all – we strive to have a good work/life balance in all that we do which is why we have different shifts to suit your personal circumstances, anything from 14 hours a week to 35.5 hours a week and numerous shift patterns in between, if you get offered an interview we can chat about what contracts we have and what would suit you best.
