Help Clear a Backlog of Cases A Local Authority in the South East is seeking experienced Social Work practitioners to join one of their projects to help reduce a backlog of cases Highlights: This is a Project team clearing of a backlog of cases CAST team is a combination of Assessment and Safeguarding where you will holding duty for 1 week Local Authority has recently achieved an Outstanding Ofsted and works closely with DfE as a Partner in Practice to help improve Social Work practice across the Country You will be allocated a Personal Assistant to help provide back office and admin support , effectively reducing your workload Will be provided a Laptop, Tablet and Smart phone to enable remote and flexible working - this post also offers working from home benefits. This post offers a great deal of autonomy and you will have the opportunity to manage your own diary Telephone interviews are being arranged after 24Hrs-48Hrs of receiving CV's Excellent rates of pay of up to £40/Hr This is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse post which will see you carry out assessment and safeguarding duties in order to reduce a back log of cases. Essentially a project team you will be provided the autonomy you need in order to manager your own diary to enable you to work more effectively. To further help support you during this role you will be allocated a Personal Assistant who is able to help with paperwork and the co-ordination of information and meetings, ultimately reducing your workload and letting you focus on your cases. This is a high performing Local Authority which has recently received an Outstanding Ofsted and also works closely with the DfE as a Partner in Practice to help support and improve Social Work practice across the Country.
