Overview
Internal Account Manager - Asset Finance Richmond Salary to £31,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits A highly respected vendor and equipment finance company who operate across a broad range of assets is looking to recruit an internal account manager. The role will work alongside account managers, internal and external and risk to build and maintain relationships with the vendor, dealer and broker partners. To deliver pre sales support and maximise volumes and profitability for the company. Office based, you will have continual contact with both internal and external customers; therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be key to your success. It will be important to develop strong personal relationships with vendors, dealers and brokers to ensure that you become the first internal point of contact for proposals, quotations, documentation, risk queries and appeals. The successful candidate will: Liaise with end user customers / dealers / vendors and other involved parties to manage proposals to allow an efficient payout. Manage an efficient process from input to payout, including document completion and document return, supplier invoicing and/or manufacturer subsidy to facilitate payout in a timely manner. Manage the communication of deal progression to all interested parties. Ensure all deals are passed for paid-out according to credit acceptance terms; liaise with sales, credit, finance or customer services to resolve any issues. Manage key broker relationships including broker review and either supporting to maintain current business levels or targeting potential business improvement. Internal "go to" person for external brokers, recognising and managing both pro active and reactive roles. To be considered for this role you should possess at least three years previous experience in a sales support / internal account management position within the leasing and asset finance industry preferably working in the low tech equipment sector. You should have strong customer care, communication and negotiation skills. Display enthusiasm, drive and be a team player.
