Overview
A highly reputable and truly innovative law firm have asked us to find them a Legal Technologist to join their rapidly growing Technology & Innovation team. As an experienced Legal Technologist, you will be working closely with their successful Real Estates team to assist in the design and configuration of a new data model and ultimately the inception of a new matter management system using Sharedo. The role will see you meeting large and key clients whilst streamlining and enhancing the Real Estate groups systems whilst increasing productive and reducing costs. Likewise, your goal will be to build and develop client relationships and better their experience with the firm. You will investigate and monitor system usage to develop better and new ways to configure the system. You will also be training users and superusers in the platform. The perfect Legal Technologist will have previous Real Estate transactional experience and an understanding of law firm processes and lawyer-client relationships. Will be an excellent communicator and a team player. You will have the ability to work with Sharedo/Proclaim and have sound business analysis skills including process mapping, data modelling and configuring data.
