We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Block Discounting team based in Redhill. As a sales support coordinator you will assist with block discounting pay-outs, along with maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring the essential administration function for block discounting is provided. Responsibilities Assist with the smooth running of the day to day processes supporting all new business streams Support new business opportunities and initiatives by developing relationships with customers Prepare documentation for all types of block transactions and ensure that the documentation is reviewed by the sales support manager, sales manager or a director prior to onward submission; check signed documentation and ensure that it is completed correctly prior to transfer to operations for processing and pay-out Provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to all internal and external customers ensuring that requests are actioned, and responses are communicated promptly Provide block customers with a main point of contact for all their queries and requests. E.g. balance reports. Maintain block customer accounts and files making sure they are up to date with the latest accounts/management info and audit info. Security documentation to be kept up to date using companies house information and credit reference agencies reports. Assist in the management of the collections of assigned portfolios, ensuring accurate records are maintained Assist management daily General office duties i.e. filing, administration, answering telephone etc. Ensure high standards are maintained in respect of all records/documentation/correspondence Report all issues of regulatory concern to the director, block/legal & compliance director Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner - compliance Adhere to the group's anti-money laundering policy, credit policy and other various procedural policies Maintain an awareness of changes to appropriate legislation e.g. CCA, DPA, AML regulations etc and ensure compliance thereof Provide cover and support to the sales support manager The Person Technical Knowledge of regulation relating to the provision of finance to consumers and businesses specifically AML, TCF, CCA and DPA Interpersonal Adaptable & flexible Methodical approach Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
