Overview
Our client are one of the UK’s fastest growing and proudly Independent Brokerages, established in offering Commercial Business, Cycling and Taxi Insurance portfolios. Having seen exceptional growth in both renewal retention and new business figures for over 6 years now within their Commercial Business Cycling team, they are recruiting an enthusiastic and sales focused person to join their team. You will be the lead Sales person for the team, working with the Manager and marketing team to drive growth on the account. You will be busy in quoting a modest volume of incoming enquiries as well as be proactive in working through leads, gathering renewal information and quoting where possible. Coverages include Packages, Commercial Property, Commercial Combined, Fleet, Liability, Cyber but not limited to others. Our client are market leaders in their sector and have created a market leading product which is very unique to their sector. This will allow you to sell on product rather than price and ultimately achieve a high quote to sell ratio. Experience Required 1-2 years’ experience in selling Commercial Insurance policies such as Packages or Liabilities The individual must possess a proactive and driven work ethic Success in working to and meeting targets Confident customer services skills Cert CII qualification would be advantageous however this is not essential if you wish to apply to the role - your application will still be considered
