Overview
My client, a successful Law firm based in the centre of Reading are looking for a Part Time Learning & Development Officer to join them on a permanent basis due to continued growth and success Working as part of a friendly HR team you will play a key part in the Training and Development of staff throughout the rollout of multiple systems. FTE - £30,000 per annum 20 Hours Per week 25 days annual leave - option to purchase additional holiday Pension scheme - 4% employer 4% employee Life assurance 5x Salary Bonus scheme Season Ticket loads Duties of the role : Design, create and implement IT and soft skills training courses and materials for individuals plus group training sessions Conduct organisation wide training and development assessment days and identify skill gaps Communicate all available training sessions to employees to ensure prime attendance One to one coaching/Classroom training Carry out induction training for all new starters and determine best training courses based on individual The ideal person for this role will have worked in a full remit of L&D - designing and delivering training as well as coordinating delegates.
