Description Global Capital Systems Project Manager Plan and lead the implementation of Process & Engineering (P&E) projects to meet overall program objectives, on time and within budget. Projects will include Global Shave Care Product innovations, Cost Savings, Capacity/Supply-Chain Expansion, and equipment replacement. As a Global Capital Systems Project Manager you will be responsible for leading projects through all phases - from conceptual phase, until final execution. You will coordinate scope, cost and schedule across entire project journey. Leading teams built from representatives of the various areas of organization (e.g. engineering, finance, planning, purchasing...) will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will be working on the iconic Billion Dollar Gillette, Prestobarba/Blue, and Venus brands. Qualifications Skills, qualifications and experience required: Technical background - A bachelors degree in Engineering and/oran engineering-related field, including industrial manufacturing and/or industrial construction. Degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, and Injection Molding are preferred. Project management experience - Advanced skills in schedule creation and management, including analysis in Critical Path formulation and complex linked tasks. Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling software (such as Primavera) is required. Capability to build feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost estimates for capital equipment, engineering, and construction materials and services across a wide variety of engineering technologies (primarily production manufacturing equipment). Build and reconcile spend forecasts. Experience with SAP software is required. Working knowledge of data analytics software - such as Tableau and/or Power BI - is required. Experience in US GAAP policy management related to Fixed Asset Management such as capitalization, Fixed Asset Disposal, transfer of assets from country to country, etc. The qualified candidate will be able to qualify to an internal P&G Project Management certification within one year. To do this, the candidate must have experience leading at least one project with a cost of 1 million GBP (or more) from a conceptual start, through feasibility analysis, detailed design and construction, and finally startup of the equipment in the field. Ability to develop, manage, and implement complex strategic plans that drive new product programs. Coordinate and lead multiple multi-functional teams of varying levels of responsibility. In this job you will need to partner with Research and Development, Brand, Sales, Engineering technical fields, and local manufacturing sites, often across multiple countries. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a diverse range of functions (from technical personnel through to senior management). This role requires fluency in the English language, both verbal and written. Ability to lead teams spread out across multiple locations and time zones. Ability to work with third parties in Contract Manufacturer relationships. Ability and willingness to travel. This role will require 10-20% international business travel.
