Overview
A Global Property/ Real Estate organisation are currently looking for an Internal Controls manager to be based in their Central London Offices. Organisation: Global Property / Real Estate organisation with operations across the globe and exciting growth plans. Internal Controls Manager Role: - Design and assess current financial controls and compliance frameworks - Deliver operational efficiencies across organisation - Engage and support finance leadership across all regions - Lead and develop group wide risk awareness / function - Support acquired business units alignment to group policy and procedures Skills: - Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - Experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls and ideally top 10 practice firm trained. - Exposure to working within large complex organisation - Property or Real Estate exposure, highly beneficial - European Language skills, beneficial.
