Overview
The Harris Federation’s central HR team are looking to recruit a full time HR Officer, with prior experience of working within a busy Human Resources environment, to support the Head of HR and three HR Business Partners with ongoing HR projects, employee relations case work, payroll and benefits administration. What we are looking for: Provide accurate and consistent advice and guidance to managers relating to employee relations issues; performance management and capability, absence management, disciplinary and grievance, changes to terms and conditions etc. Support the management of formal cases, including sickness reviews, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and flexible working requests. Assist with visa, work permit and sponsorship queries, escalating where appropriate and updating the Sponsorship Management System where required. Supporting TUPE processes as appropriate, including preparing correspondence, due diligence completion Why work for the Harris Federation?
