Overview
Opportunity to join this successful practice based in Trafford Park and form part of a small team that are at the start of an ambitious growth period. This role would suit non-qualified fee earners or junior solicitors & legal executives. You will need to have gained 2 years' experience within conveyancing and ideally be comfortable managing your own caseload as you will be expected to deal with a broad mix of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy, transfer of equity and auction properties for both freehold & leasehold matters. The caseload in place will consist of circa 80 - 100 matters and you may be expected to supervise other junor members of staff. There will be paralegal assistance in place as well as a case management system, however you will need to be able to run your own transactions from inception to completion. You may also be working closely with a Partner and assisting on more complex & higher value matters. Based on Trafford Park there areplenty of local parking options as well as a tram stop within walking distance of the office. This practice are able to offer benefits such as flexi-time, attractive bonus, holiday purchase scheme and salary reviews. Salary will be circa £30,000 - £35,000 however there will be benefits such as a work / life balance and progression opportunities available.
