Overview
Our client is a high growth outsourcing provider that is looking to hire into it's customer service department. The business requires a driven, and hard working professional individual to join their team and work closely with the growing contractor base they have. This includes a UK and and International base of workers so any previous knowledge within this field would be advantageous. Below is a breakown of the duties; Contact contractor to welcome them to the business Create contractor’s database record Send out worker's contracts & documentation Ensure all contracts with workers and suppliers are documented and held on file Ensure timesheets are submitted and processed on time Handle timesheet, contract and payment queries Answer all contractor queries within 24 hour
