Overview
BAR Services Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team with a view to assisting the current Account Manager with the day to day running of the Sales Department. We are a small company and are looking for someone who could fit into the team with ease at the same time bringing an eagerness to learn the role and, in time, assist with expanding the business. Full training will be given so previous sales experience is not essential although the successful candidate will be confident on the telephone and have a natural empathy with people. We take pride in our excellent levels of customer service and this is very important to us. The role will involve spending time on the telephone to existing clients and dealing with their order requirements along with any delivery enquiries they may have. There will also be a certain amount of data collection involved so a keen eye and attention to detail are paramount. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is vital and updating our CRM system is a large part of the role so you will need to be fully computer literate. An outgoing personality and adaptability are also important traits as there will be some attendance at conferences required where you will be talking to clients and will be a representative of BAR Services Ltd. We are in a beautiful local setting with the added advantage of free parking. On top of this there are 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance bonus payable and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9 til 5.
