Product Support Analyst - SQL / Shell Scripting Have you ever called for technical support and really wished you just hadn't bothered. Speaking with people who clearly don't care and have no idea about customer service is all too common these days. Thankfully the team you'll be joining in this role definitely don't fall into this category. As well as first class technical skills, they all pride themselves in their incredibly professional and enthusiastic approach to customer service and problem ownership.
