Job Title: Production Manager Location: Fife Salary: £30,000 per annum Job Reference: HB4546 A new role has opened up for a talented and ambitious Production Manager to join an exciting food business in Fife. The role will be very challenging but also very rewarding and satisfying. You will need to ensure that all production in your team is completed in a timely manner to cope with customer demand. This position will be very hands on and require someone to be able to lead from the front during a period of growth. You will be part of building a team around you and be required to coach and develop these members of staff to help the business fulfil its objectives., Ideal Candidate Experience in a Production Manager role in the Food sector A strong character with excellent communication skills who can engage with their team to drive performance levels.
