Overview
General Practitioner (with special interest in Paediatrics) is required to practice as a general practitioner to treat Japanese nationals at busy London clinics. The general practitioner will work part time on a rota basis between 9am and 6pm Mondays to Sundays and Bank Holidays at either of the practice's City or Acton clinic and duties will include: Consultation - respond to medical/health problems presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate Request, perform and/or interpret tests and records, reports and test results to assist in diagnosis of patients' condition Prescribe or administer treatment, thrapy, medication, vaccination and other appropriate medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease or injury Monitor patients' condition and progress and re-evaluate and/or change treatment as necessary Organise and perform developmental screening Refer patients to specialists where necessary and liaises with specialists Applicants must have full registration with a licence to practise with GMC and extensive experience in practising medicine.
