Our client is seeking an experienced commercial lines account handler to join their expanding team based in Northampton. Responsibilities Handle day to day enquiries, renewal inviting, retention and policy management Meet and develop Client's insurance needs Develop new business opportunities to achieve income and retention levels Enhance client/ insurer relationships Develop book of business through upselling and cross selling Skills and Experience A minimum of 2 years insurance experience A good technical understanding of commercial lines ideally with some motor fleet Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail Passion, energy and a strong customer service ethos Next Stage Please send us your application if you feel this opportunity is of interest and we will be in contact shortly.
