Overview
Excellent opening for a corporate/commercial partner to join this well-known regional firm based in Northamptonshire. Our client has an established reputation for corporate law, managing transactional work including mergers, MBOs/MBIs, JVs, sales and purchases and financing work on behalf of businesses including partnerships, SMEs and owner-managed family businesses. The firm is keen to appoint a corporate partner. This role would suit an existing partner already practising in the local region (Northamptonshire or Milton Keynes in particular) and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the area from elsewhere. The firm would also be very keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers looking for a first partnership level opportunity. As an experienced corporate lawyer, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the corporate team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
