Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my client’s team based in Northampton. The successful candidate will be working with an experienced and highly rated team who advise on a wide range of real estate transactions, who has 2 to 4 years post qualified experience (PQE). Responsibilities: • Residential & commercial development work • Freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, including high value portfolio work • Property finance • Landlord and tenant matters The work is interesting and challenging, including some corporate support.
