Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Develop and successfully implement a successful business plan. Initially concentrating on the South West region, but expanding across a wider geographical region Candidates will likely have a development background and have operated at senior level within the property development marketplace, this experience will have been gained within property development companies and could be residential or commercial. Candidates are likely to have operated successfully as Company Directors but not necessarily as Managing Directors. Of interest will be experienced MD's who have had a demonstrable track record of growth, achieved a successful exit and are now looking for a new challenge. Alternatively, senior figures within the property development or house building marketplace for which this appointment would be a next natural career step.
