Overview

Change Recruitment is recruiting for several Customer Service Advisors to join our Financial services client in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Customer Service specialist to work in our client's financial services telephony team. The shift pattern is rotational Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and the contract will be temporary for 6 months with the opportunity to apply for permanent positions internally as they arise. Role & Responsibilities: To answer inbound calls from customers and IFAa with queries regarding their online accounts and related pension and investment queries, dealing with complaints and maintaining a professional customer service. Knowledge & Skills: · Customer service experience from within a contact centre, high volume call environment. · You should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent and able to work on your own initiative. · You should also be a good communicator and be able to assist in dealing with clients and contacts on the telephone. · The role requires you to have the ability to provide an enhanced level of customer service to our clients both internal and external.
