The successful candidate should be pro-active, have a 'can do' attitude and the ability to demonstrate flexibility with regards to the role and the requirements of the finance department. You will be comfortable in providing excellent customer support to all stakeholders, demonstrating a good knowledge of accounting. Main Duties and responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for customers, via phone, email and online chat. Providing training to customers by way of outbound calls. Assisting product teams by testing new features of upgrades to existing functionality. Helping people who are interested in the product but are unsure if it's right for them. To be Successful in this role you will have the following experience: Strong accounting knowledge, and experience working with everything from payroll RTI to VAT and Self-Assessment. Highly computer literate, you will have practical experience of using a variety of bookkeeping and accounting software packages. You're passionate about providing excellent customer service, embracing changing situations and exceeding expectations. Strong communicator, ability to explain complex concepts and listen. Accounting qualifications are useful (accounting degree, AAT, CIMA, and ACCA). However, Experience is just as valuable.
