As a Customer Success Specialist, you are accountable for providing a "Best in Class" service experience for our users, regardless if they are new with us, or a seasoned user. You will be mainly responsible for supporting our top UK users via a variety of mediums including live chat, email, and telephone. You will also play an important role in supporting our users to get started and become proficient with our products and services as quickly as possible, as well as building a good relationship with customersand up-selling features which are beneficial for their businesses. We want you to think about how our top merchants can have the best iZettle experience, at every part of their journey with us. The successful candidate will love helping people. We're looking for candidates with a real 'can do' attitude and a desire to constantly learn and develop their skills. You have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and the ability to champion for the customer. You own your work and are eager to constantly improve. You have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as an ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment. Having previous experience working in a Technical Support / Customer service role is a big plus.
