Overview
A Thames Valley based property company who manage, invest and develop their own assets are currently looking to hire a Chartered Surveyor to join their Asset Management team. This newly created role will be responsible for carrying out a range of professional work across the mixed portfolio including; manging lease re-gears and restructures, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuation work. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will also be responsible for adding value across the portfolio through providing recommendations based on the professional work you will undertake and wider market research. Key Responsibilities Undertaking a range of professional work across a mixed portfolio which includes retail, industrial and office assets. Advisory work to provide value add recommendations across the portfolio, including leasing transactions and development work. Manage professional relationships with a range of stakeholders including tenants, surveyors and solicitors. Key Skills and Experience MRICS Chartered surveyor with post qualification experience A proven track record within landlord and tenant work. Proactive approach to work and an ability to add value through your own initiative Excellent communication skills Full, clean driving license.
