Overview
A rare opportunity for a junior to mid-level restructuring lawyer to join this silver circle firm as a Restructuring Professional Support Lawyer. No previous PSL experience is required, just a genuine hunger for moving away from fee-earning and into^PSL work. The successful candidate will report to a Counsel in the team who will also provide excellent guidance and mentoring, which is rare when moving in to a PSL position. Bright, self-motivated lawyers with around 3-5 years of broad-ranging restructuring experience will suit the position well. Enthusiasm and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team will also be important. Responsibilities will include keeping up to date with market intelligence and technical developments;^organising briefings and training both internally and for external clients; maintaining and occasionally writing practice notes; client and market development; and providing technical advice to lawyers. Whilst the position will ideally be full-time, those looking to work part-time or have more flexible working arrangements are also encouraged to apply.
