Job Role: Data Scientist Location: London Contract Length: 3 months, initially At TSB we're clear about what matters. Today you'll bring: Working within the Business Banking division the role holder will report to Senior Manager, Business Banking Strategic Insights Focus and the focus will be on delivering robust auditable customer data modelling solutions based on core customer and associated inward & outward transactional activity to support the perpetual monitoring of AML risk. Experience in database interrogation and analysis tools, such as SQL and Python is essential as is exceptional communication and presentation skills to ensure the wider Programme and Executive team can understand the modelled outcomes to business scenarios. Ideally, you'll currently have these skills and experience: Demonstrates TSB behaviours whilst carrying out all aspects of role including adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks within their function or team Contributes to the development of business strategy and ensures the co-ordination and delivery of effective information, interpretation and guidance, enabling business areas to assess the downstream implications linked to their decisions. Acts as a data modelling and analysis specialist dentifies opportunities to deliver efficiency whilst continuing to develop added value business intelligence solutions Coordinates robust and auditable processes and ensures checks are implemented to support the sustained delivery of intelligence reporting. Contributes to the formation of strategy for business intelligence to support all channels and products and makes recommendations to MI Development and Design Senior Management where appropriate.
