Overview

A brilliant, multi branch independent estate agency require a Sales Administrator to join their team in Horley . The Sales Administrator is integral to the overall running and success of the sales division, and as such requires an efficient and organised individual with a can-do attitude Duties will include: Typing of property details Preparing valuations packs Managing and updating marketing material Ensuring sales files are complete Writing offer letters and sales memorandums Answering the phones during busy periods Update marketing sites General office administration To be considered for this position previous administration experience is essential. Any experience or knowledge within the property sector would be beneficial but is not essential. The successful candidate will have great written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and have strong IT skills too. The ideal candidate will also be a driver with access to their own vehicle to facilitate branch visits from time to time. Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 depending on Experience.
