Overview
Do you have experience setting drilling machines? Do you have engineering experience? If so then continue reading as this may be the role for you Team Leader Tipton Permanent £20,000 to £25,000 per annum (Based on experience) Our client uses traditional and modern approaches to offer customers a professional service. With over 50 years' experience in metal manufacturing they have been able to cover a range of industries including aerospace, automotive and many more. They are now looking for a hands-on Team Leader who can add some passion into a traditional but well-engineered product range. Duties include: Working in a small team. Allocation of staff according to their skills and competence to maximise the efficient operation. Communicating productivity targets as well as exceeding your own. Setting drilling machines or any other plant machinery. Organise, motivate and manage a small group of employees. Supervision of staff in the safe and efficient operation. Fulfil order and stock needs. Control and monitor quality. Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained. Getting involved in any other tasks required. Experience: Experience in setting drilling machines. 2 years Engineering experience Benefits: Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 4:30pm) Friday (7:30am - 12:30pm) 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme available to join
