Overview
Eden Scott are partnered with a new innovative start-up based in Edinburgh City Centre in their search for a Software Implementation Consultant. In this role, you can expect a lot of time visiting some exciting clients and managing the onboarding process. Working with the Head of Customer Success, you will develop and manage relationships with customers as they implement our client's software. Your key responsibilities will be: Working with customers to understand their data and operating model and drawing on your own experience to assist customers in their transitions. Ensure users are trained and up-to-date on platforms and best practices Gather information for visualisation team to develop bespoke dashboards. With your primary responsibility to manage the onboarding process, we are looking for someone with: Experience of delivering SaaS solutions Experience in project management, change management or training customers in SaaS software.
