Compliance Officer This is an amazing opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join the team of our Client at Stevenage. The role will be working on PAYE Umbrella company basis at the rate of £ 15.36 per hour. The role is initially for a period of 3 months. Purpose of the job : This post will be responsible for ensuring the property assets are compliant with its statutory duties and obligations and that its objectives are achieved in respect of gas services, legionella, fire safety, electrical and other associated mechanical and electrical services. To review the current statutory compliance, building information, health & safety, policies and procedures and building maintenance across its land and property assets other than the social housing stock. Design a plan for statutory compliance, health and safety and building maintenance for the land and property assets going forward. Required Experience : Relevant Health and Safety Qualifications and knowledge Experience in Risk Assessment, Occupational Health & Safety. Building Control & Maintenance Experience in dealing all matters connected to the safety of Council buildings - asbestos, gas safety, electrical testing, air handling, fire safety, water testing Experience in compliance and information audit, the public sector and the production and policies and procedures.
