Overview
Field Support Engineer required We are currently supporting a innovative client who are leading the way in the engineering technology sector with an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Field Support Engineer on a permanent basis. Out Client & Role Overview: Our client is at the forefront of engineering technology, delivering innovative solutions through data analytics, end-to-end fault locations and asset management services that allows customers an on-going insight into their operational performance. Reporting to the Field Support Team Leader the duties of Field Support Engineers will be to provide on-going field support on all aspects of products and customers in the UK. Area of Coverage will be Leeds - Manchester - candidates ideally to be based in these locations Remuneration & Package: £24,000 – £28,000 (DOE) Car Allowance, 24 Days holiday BH, Life insurance, Pension, Laptop, Phone Role Responsibilities: Provide daily support to the company’s customer portfolio, supporting their needs and drive customer satisfaction On-site visits to provide customer training and support to the company’s equipment Equipment demonstrations Assisting with technical and operational queries / faults Recommending product / equipment modifications and improvements through performance based analysis Attend site surveys and meetings where required in area of coverage Provide field reports and review logs for customers on a regular basis Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times Individual Requirements: Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related HNC/HND 2 years previous experience in providing engineering field services/training or prior experience within an electrical, utility or mechanical capacity 17/18TH Edition certification Ability to program devices via instructions, cables and software due to the Field Based nature of this role a full driving licence is required Please contact Rob at Kingsley for any further information Kingsley Consulting operates an inclusive and diverse recruitment process, whilst also ensuring our clients do the same and we can provide any advice or education to them in relation to this.
