Overview
I am currently recruiting for a business development candidate to then look to go into the field for a company based in Bearsted. The role will include to start - Calling and discussing quotations with clients - Dealing with trauma situations providing the best customer service - Generating new business for the company by chasing up warm leads - Hitting weekly and daily KPI targets - Inputting data onto salesforce system - Managing customer expectations keeping them posted on the whole process -Then after you have learnt the ropes of the business to be more field based to support with generating business development from the field. - Meeting new potential customers - Selling the service for the company The ideal candidate - Has some form of sales or telesales experience 2 years - Ideally field sales experience - Looking to grow and career development - Money motivated and looking to earn good bonus - MUST be a car driver due to location The package - Salary around £23k to start - Excellent bonus - Progression - Friendly office environment - Great benefits -8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday If you are interested please apply below
