Information Security Analyst
Overview

The firm provides specialist legal & complementary services in a broad range of areas and our clients are the centre of it all. We are looking for a dedicated Information Security Analyst to join our Information Security team in Manchester. This will be a fast paced and varied role and your opportunity to make a real impact to the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Information Security Framework across the Slater & Gordon Group. Responsibilities: · Implementing best practice to cover all elements of information security · Configuring and monitoring security capabilities, triage, escalate and investigate security incidents, and assist in developing, testing and implementing security · Working with technical, infrastructure and application delivery Teams on Security initiatives · Providing security architecture and support across all applications/servers. · Analysing Infrastructure, and security planning for future projects/growth. · Performing security investigation, diagnosis, and issue remediation · Managing role-based access privileges · Attending meetings with various technical teams and third party vendors and managing actions . · Supporting and executing system/application installation, patching, rollouts, releases and upgrades · Participating in Security Incident Management and Disaster Recovery activities. · Working with cloud solutions (Iaas, PaaS, SaaS) and Azure About You: Previous experience in a security operations role. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Security tools, ATP, Defender Security and Azure Sentinel Experience with E-Mail Gateways, Mimecast, Anti-Virus and Web Proxies Exposure to Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scans Exposure to undertaking phishing exercises Experience of Security Monitoring Applications Experience of AD Account Management and Privileged Access Management is desirable Experience of promoting Cyber Security Awareness across the Business would be advantageous Experience of working with both internal customers and 3 rd party suppliers Knowledge of ITIL principles is desirable What we offer in return: In return we offer a competitive salary with market leading benefits, a positive and inviting work environment, exposure to industry specialists and the fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award-winning law firm.
